IPD Christmas Message 2014

As we bring down the curtain on 2014 some of us are saying, “Hurray it was a fantastic year” while others are saying “my golly where have the year gone, we are still off target.”

At this time we have to face the music, if we have achieved our goals for 2014, let us examine what are the things that allowed us to succeed and plan to do much more of it in 2015.

On the other hand if we had not achieved, it is time to reflect on the things we did and why they did not work, and those things that went well, learn from them, change gears and enter into 2015 with all cylinders fired up, don’t wait for January to get the engine warm up, the engine must be at full rev before January 1, 2015.

Let us claim 2015 as the year of productivity and prosperity, a year when our integrity and dignity will be above reproach, a year when we are more mindful of those who are less fortunate than we are, a year when we truly shine as a people, a year when we chip off the rough edges of the jewel we call Belize and make it shine like it should. Need I say that those rough edges are our bad attitudes and negativities.

Let us approach 2015 with a “Positive Mental Attitude” and help at least two persons along the way.

Let’s go for goal – God has blessed us with wealth untold

We at IPD wish for you, financial health, physical health, and spiritual health.

When we do more than we are paid to do, we eventually will be paid for more than we do.

I read the following article a few days ago and thought it’s worth sharing, hope you find it beneficial.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

To Your Best Year

Service Excellence

The course exceeded my expectation.  It was interactive, the delivery of the content was exceptionally executed. IPD personalized this course for us and that was impressive. I was able to relate to the examples and scenarios given, this allowed me to internalize my own capabilities and I was able to identify which area needed attention and effort to ensure I'm delivering excellent service. I highly recommend the IPD for any training your seeking to build your professional portfolio.
