Well, this course was very good because it helped me reflect and correct things I wasn't doing too good. It also help me in learning different ways to approach and greet customers.
The speech craft course was excellent. The facilitator made the course interesting and showcased examples highlighting different ways to present and interact with the audience. Through the course I learn of ways to better improve my presentation and delivery which involves speech. I would highly recommend this course to those that want to improve their public speaking skills.
